5 out of 5 starsThe items are nice and good quality. However I ordered them, then got a message from the seller they’d been sold already. She offered me other options, all of which were more expensive. When I turned those down, she said she had found more of what I had originally ordered and offered them to me for $8 more per piece. I said I would take them for the original price, and she agreed. Then she didn’t send them for several weeks. I ordered them on December 9, and they didn’t arrive until December 28. I didn’t realize they hadn’t been shipped because a label had been created, but I had to contact the seller to urge her to actually send the items. I had ordered them well in advance for Christmas, and they got there three days late. They did arrive and were as pictured, but I felt like I was given the runaround.

Thank you for your honest feedback. With having to house multiple extra people this month and help multiple others move I was not as organized or able to get to my items as I'd like to be. Glad we caught the updated pricing and could honor that, as the item sticker I had was not updated. I'm glad we formed solutions and the items got there safely. I may consider next year to put my online shop on pause while I'm doing so many local pop up Markets and helping community find housing. Its sure alot to do by myself and I appreciate how folks are considerate to my human experience.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All my packing is eco friendly and compostable. I double box most items and paper purple wrap, sometimes egg cartons are used and most times compostable peanuts are used.
I always include a medicine plant on top of tissue paper at the very top.
If this is a gift I ask folks to message me who its for and I will include a handwritten card mentions who the gift is from and that I handmade it.
Care instructions
All stoneware cookware items are microwave and dishwasher safe. Most are oven safe but do not do well with extreme temp change, place in oven while preheating and if coming from fridge let the pan get close to room temp first. This will help is carving for your pie pans and stoneware.
Custom and personalized orders
I love custom and specialized orders!! Write me a direct message if something is not listed as a made tomorder that you would like to ask me to make! Orders takes 3-6 weeks to be complete.
